Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain strict temperature control standards to ensure product integrity.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and storage locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (0°F to 40°F).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
