Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling systems
- Manage inventory with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize warehouse workflows to meet/exceed productivity targets
- Maintain strict safety protocols and 5S standards in all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of material handling experience in high-volume environments
- Valid forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied conditions
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent required
