Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature logs to ensure product quality and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of work areas and equipment.
- Package and label shipments accurately for domestic and international distribution.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environment is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (32°F and below) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures meticulously.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
