Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and manage product inventory in 0-40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and inventory record-keeping skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
