Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in OSHA-compliant manner
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through real-time inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Maintain strict safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Train on new warehouse automation systems quarterly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
