Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated warehouses
- Safely load/unload temperature-controlled products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine quality checks on perishable goods
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate and clean refrigeration equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in 35°F-45°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
