Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Optimize warehouse operations through efficient inventory rotation and slotting
- Maintain precise inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and quality control protocols
- Train new team members on warehouse systems and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience with picking/packing focus
- OSHA PIT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
