Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and organize products in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after completing company certification
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols including HACCP standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in regular equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license or state ID)
- Willingness to work in cold environments (appropriate thermal gear provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
