Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature levels in refrigerated storage zones
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and rotate inventory following FIFO protocols
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas daily
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety standards
- Assist in quality control inspections
- Operate warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to work in 35°F-40°F environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with walking/standing
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Valid state ID or driver's license
