Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring equipment
- Perform inventory counts and FIFO rotation of perishable products
- Sanitize and organize storage areas following HACCP protocols
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining cold chain integrity
- Complete digital inventory logs using warehouse management systems
- Participate in monthly safety drills and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in 35°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to shift-start locations
