Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy in refrigerated and frozen storage facilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Load/unload trucks and organize products according to temperature zones
- Monitor storage conditions and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct routine quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full paid training
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to 40°F)
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings/nights
