Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Optimize workflow efficiency within assigned station
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Pass background check and drug screening
