- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in temperature-controlled environments
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in designated storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment after training
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Monitor temperature and humidity levels to ensure product integrity
- Perform routine sanitation and cleanliness duties in storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates welcome!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in refrigerated environments (35-45°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper training
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work in cold environments (winter coats provided)
