- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
