Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in -10°F to 30°F environments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after completing company certification
- Monitor temperature/humidity levels and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to HACCP safety protocols and personal protective equipment standards
- Perform quality inspections on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment following USDA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive paid training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments for 8+ hour shifts
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk continuously
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
