Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Load/unload products using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Operate warehouse equipment under supervision
- Assist with quality control inspections
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F to -10°F)
- Physical stamina for standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
