Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Optimize order fulfillment to meet daily targets of 150+ orders
- Maintain precise inventory records through cycle counting
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, cherry pickers)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train new staff on warehouse procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years high-volume warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
