Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move products efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in cold storage environments (32°F-40°F)
- Inspect and sanitize equipment to meet food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining product integrity
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
