Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain proper cold chain documentation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Inspect products for quality compliance and packaging integrity
- Maintain strict sanitation standards in all storage areas
- Organize inventory using warehouse management systems
- Follow OSHA safety protocols for refrigerated environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in 32°F (0°C) environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
