Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in cold storage facilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels using monitoring equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing training
- Follow HACCP and safety protocols for food handling and storage
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with team to meet daily operational targets
- Complete inventory documentation and rotation tracking
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to work in refrigerated environments (32°F-40°F)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
