Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature levels in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain strict sanitation standards in all storage areas
- Complete accurate inventory documentation using digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our terminal facility
- Team player with strong communication skills
