Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in cold storage (-10°F to 40°F)
- Maintain inventory accuracy using digital tracking systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after certification training
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold environments
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment per FDA guidelines
- Assist with quality control inspections of perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Complete daily shift reports and safety checklists
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - all training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal clothing provided)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
