Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage facility temperatures and humidity levels
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in refrigerated environments (32°F-40°F)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
