Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check (criminal history) if required, or flexibility for fast-track hiring.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
