Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain organized storage areas
- Monitor and document temperature-controlled environments using digital systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with barcode scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after paid certification)
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following HACCP standards
- Collaborate with team members on efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive paid training provided
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
