Responsibilities
- Safely load/unrefrigerated and frozen goods in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after proper certification training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support quality control measures during product handling
Qualifications
- No prior cold storage experience required – we train!
- Ability to work in 35°F-40°F refrigerated environments
- Strong physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
