Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming refrigerated/frozen products with precision
- Maintain optimal storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F) following safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after completing our paid certification program
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Sanitize equipment and facilities to meet FDA/HACCP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our Jersey City facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
