Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled environments
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to food safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct routine warehouse inspections and report equipment issues
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all motivated applicants
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F) for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
