Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate efficient order picking/packing processes for e-commerce fulfillment
- Maintain OSHA compliance in material handling operations
- Train new hires on warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize workflow efficiency through data-driven process improvements
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone navigation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
