Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and store refrigerated/perishable goods in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in regular facility sanitation and maintenance routines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F) for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Baltimore facility
