Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature levels in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Safely load, unload, and organize products using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory
- Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols in cold environments
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F to -10°F)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tracking
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Reliable transportation to our Lincoln facility
