Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal cold storage temperatures (32°F-40°F) and humidity levels
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in freezers/coolers
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct routine quality checks and report equipment malfunctions
- Follow strict sanitation protocols for food safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
