Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight from trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify shipment accuracy and document discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform daily inspections
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Follow all safety protocols and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or loading experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
