Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory in cold storage environments
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient inventory rotation
- Document storage conditions and inventory movements accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – all training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
