Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor cold storage temperatures (0°F to -20°F)
- Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities daily
- Document inventory movements in digital systems
- Comply with FDA and USDA safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in cold environments (4-8 hours daily)
