Responsibilities
- Safely load/unlock refrigerated trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect freight for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient dock scheduling
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
