Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor and maintain optimal storage temperatures using digital monitoring systems
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision and efficiency
- Conduct accurate inventory counts using warehouse management software
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)

- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
