Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated and frozen storage facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Inspect and record storage conditions using monitoring systems
- Pack, label, and organize products according to safety protocols
- Perform regular sanitation and maintenance of storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient inventory rotation
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F - 0°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
