Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with frozen/food-grade products
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FSMA safety protocols
- Monitor storage temperatures and humidity levels
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas per USDA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in cold environments (refrigerated/freezer)
