Responsibilities
- Safely load/unfreeze goods using pallet jacks and forklifts in temperature-controlled environments
- Verify shipment accuracy against manifests and maintain organized inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces through regular sanitation procedures
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in cold environments (32-40°F)
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Team player with clear communication skills
