Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature/humidity controls in cold storage facilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment after training completion
- Perform inventory audits and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for refrigerated environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient load/unloading operations
- Document warehouse activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in 0-32°F (-18°C) environments for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
