Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Yale, Hyster, Crown) in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Manage inventory rotation and FIFO protocols using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate loading/unloading of 40ft containers with precision and efficiency
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce workplace safety standards
- Train junior operators on equipment operation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- OSHA Forklift Certification + 3+ years recent warehouse experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Experience with hazardous material handling (DOT Hazmat preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
