Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated and frozen products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management system
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP compliant)
- Operate temperature monitoring equipment and report deviations
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-45°F)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
