Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated environments (-20°F to 45°F)
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold storage zones
- Execute inventory management procedures using WMS systems
- Inspect and prepare products for cold storage compliance
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols
- Document temperature logs and warehouse activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments with proper PPE
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
