Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect, load, and unload temperature-sensitive products using proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols in all operations
- Perform quality control checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided on-site)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 operational facility
- Team player with excellent communication skills
