Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Manage inventory tracking and rotation systems (FIFO)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment
- Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and containers
- Conduct quality control inspections of perishable goods
- Follow OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to operate industrial equipment (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to our Baltimore facility
