Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments while maintaining proper cold chain protocols
- Perform inventory counts and product rotation using warehouse management systems
- Maintain strict sanitation standards in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety regulations for cold storage facilities
- Inspect and document warehouse equipment and storage conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (10°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
