Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely
- Maintain organized and clean workstation areas
- Scan and record inventory using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
- Report discrepancies or operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation if required)
