Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety awareness
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments while maintaining product integrity
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts in cold storage zones
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold environments
- Maintain accurate documentation for temperature logs and inventory systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in ongoing safety and equipment training programs
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures between 0°F to 40°F (-18°C to 4°C)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
