Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and pack products according to safety and quality standards
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance protocols for cold storage
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Participate in cross-functional team projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
